Fresh pasta is SO easy to make! Like easier than you could imagine. Even those super fancy ravioli's and corzetti pastas, or a simple homemade fettuccine, or linguine. Making homemade pasta should be looked as an adventure! Making up your own variations, or following a step by step recipe can still be just as exciting. ANYONE can make pasta, and should at least once in your life! You're guaranteed to never go back to the 'boxed' stuff when you can have homemade how you want it pasta. Just think of all of the flavor profiles that you can create... Spinach, beet, carrot, broccoli, pumpkin, cuttlefish... the options are limitless! Then there are the sauces. You can go as simple as a sprinkle of olive or truffle oil, all the way to a Porcini Mushroom Tomato Sauce, Pesto, Marinara, or Red Pepper Pesto just to name a few. Basically anything your heart or taste buds desire. I personally like the simplicity of olive oil, and fresh garlic.
We would love to share OUR love of pasta making with you! We have begun adding Pasta Classes twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) beginning July 7th. We want to be sure to let you all know that we're taking all necessary safety measures and precautions during this time of COVID-19. We will check your temperature upon entering the shop. If you have a fever, we suggest rescheduling until you're well. We want to make sure everyone feels and is safe. We offer nitrile gloves to use to handle food, and cook with. Additionally, should you choose to wear a mask, we welcome it, whatever makes you comfortable! Also our surfaces in our kitchen/facility is cleaned before and after your visit with a Dupray Steam Cleaner reaching 316°. This includes all countertops, chairs, handles, bathrooms, and anything else that is being touched by anyone and everyone.
